About us

A changing world, a supply chain in action

We are the fruit of more than 60 years of love for the land
and we want to share it with you.

The beginning of our story dates back to the 1950s when Attilio Tosatto founded what, until yesterday, was Green Fruit, and from now on will be TeraBona: Tosatto Attilio prodotti ortofrutticoli.
A company that was already looking to the future through the eyes of someone who believed in the value of the land, supporting the work of farmers who cultivate it with dedication.

At the Tosatto Attilio, an almost exclusively family-run business, the first employees join helping to shape, name, and enhance the quality of the work.
Shipments extend beyond the Veneto region, reaching Milan— a springboard for the pioneers of Radicchio di Treviso exports overseas.

During the 1990s, Andrea and Chiara navigated the first generational transition, expanding and innovating the product range, broadening the market reach, and laying the foundation for the certifications that now distinguish our products.

From HACCP to our first certification, the step was clear and decisive—quality has always been essential to our supply chain.
This marked the beginning of a long and steady journey toward continuous improvement.

In 1996, Attilio and the young Andrea became founding members of the Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso and Variegato di Castelfranco IGP.

"L’Azienda Agricola" was born, thanks to Chiara’s constant dedication, in 20 years our production chain has grown and solidified .
Today, Chiara still continues to passionately commit to this essential work, leading research and the evolution of our agricultural techniques.

The company undergoes a decisive shift.
With a new administrative strength and a structured management control system, the entrepreneurial vision evolves towards a more organized and efficient approach.
It’s the moment when the foundations are laid for a management model inspired by industrial practices, while remaining deeply connected to quality and agricultural identity.
This change was essential for growth, innovation, and to tackle the challenges of an increasingly complex market.

TeraBona is born!
The natural evolution of the Tosatto supply chain, which for over twenty years has been working to shorten the gap between producers and consumers, giving proper value to the work of agricultural businesses.
A step forward driven by quality, transparency, and continuity with the principles that have always guided us.

Our products

Among the most representative products we find the entire Radicchio family: Rosso di Treviso PGI - Late and Early, Variegated Castelfranco PGI and Tondo Rosso di Chioggia PGI.

Over the years, varietal renewal and a lot of experimentation we have completed the range: the Radicchio Rosa and different varieties of grumolo, Viola and Selvatico, color the winter tables throughout Europe.

Not just cold and Radicchio: our red heart is shared with the most desired summer fruit, the cherry!

Together with Blueberries, Asparagus, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkins and Courgettes, they are part of a wider range of high-quality products, grown and marketed under the Tosatto brand by our consortium.
